Why Pro Power Peel?

Our pro power peel is our most advanced skin care treatment offering deep level exfoliation to help target any skincare concerns. Like our facials our peels are targeted to treat your individual needs, we can create a peel for fab results on any skin! A course of treatments is usually recommended for the best result.

Who is Pro Power Peel for?

We have seen fantastic improvements for skins suffering with breakouts, acne, scarring, pigmentation and signs of ageing. However a single peel will offer great results for brightening the skin and can be used as a pick-me-up amongst your regular facial treatments. Pro Power Peel is often used by brides starting a few months before their big day to reveal bright radiant skin.

I have never had a skin peel before.

As our Pro Power Peel uses such active ingredients a patch test is required 48 hours prior to your treatment. We also recommend trying a regular ProSkin60 treatment prior to your peel so we can build up your skins tolerance to our Pro Power Peel if this is your first skin peel.

What to expect after your Pro Power Peel? 

As everybody is so uniquely different we find that every skin reacts in different ways, you will likely begin peeling within 2-3 days. This is normal though some clients experience no peeling at all! This does not mean that your treatment was any less effective, your skin may just be slightly more tolerable.

Aftercare Advice

Immediately following treatment, you client should apply a broad spectrum physical sunscreen (minimum SPF30).

Avoid direct sun exposure such as sunbed and sun bathing for 2-3 weeks to prevent hyperpigmentation.

You should avoid strenuous exercise on the day of treatment, along with prolonged exposure to heat sources like dry saunas or steam rooms; these activities increase blood circulation to the face, which can lead to discomfort.

​

On the night of treatment you should rinse their face with cool water and cleanse with UltraCalming™ Cleanser, then moisturise with Barrier Defense Booster and Calm Water Gel (all included in the Pro Power Peel Post-Procedure Kit included in the price of your treatment).

Clients should avoid any type of exfoliating product until directed otherwise by their Professional Skin Therapist.
